Event Note is a Cloud Based Mobile App to help you organize and manage your Task Schedules for Celebration Events of your Clients in an intregrated and efficient way.
For example : Suppose you are Professional Photographer , and you provde your photography services to you clients on their celebration events .
For each client you record the photography task schedule of the celebration event in your diary.
And when a new client visits you to hire your photography services , then you search and look into your diary to find out whether you are free or not on particular date on which the client wants to hire you.
The various transactions like receving payment from client,photo selection by the client and song selection by clinet , delivery of photo album to your client , you record and maintain all this information in your diary or may be in excel sheet.
The above process is not only manual but also time consuming , and searching the information manually about particular client also takes considerable time.
